The Scott Center for Observation Treatment and Transition (S.C.O.T.T.) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 2022 that assists families and individuals with sickle cell disease in transitioning from pediatric to adult care and minimizing infant mortality in communities of color. This community-based organization bridges the gap between medical professionals and patients by advocating on a medical, educational, or familial level.
